Speed values

1. I would like to see the movement speed of a ship added to its tooltip. (This is the only thing that I would add to the tooltips, btw.)
2. I am not aware of any ships that have an ability like

Avatar: Movement speed increased by 10

Is this planned for any ships under the command of certain avatars in v4?

Eventually we will add a tooltip to the engines subsystem for mouseover engine speed - at the moment it's not planned to add a bullet point to the main tooltip for engine speed.

For the next release we do not plan to have engine speed as an avatar bonus - in 327, the closest you can get are Breen Engines too, because speed generally impacts balancing quite strongly.
