the distoshan will make eny ship that gets neer it to be sint to a totaly randam pont on the map.

this can be used to make the game istresting. i see it being used in singal player mishons more. but it can be used in malty player bates to.

Yeah thats not a bad idea, i like things to be added that will spice up the experiance, and the maps can be pretty uneventful away from the main combat, it also gives you something else to thing about when your playing and planning tactics, thumbs up :thumbsup:

This is a game not an episode, let Picard handle the distortions and let us handle the ship to ship combat. Short form, bad idea.

I dont like it, as DEFIANT and DOCA said its too annoying and its not an episode ;)

the thing is though, you would realise where it is after 2 ships have suddenyl moved after hitting the same place twice, ect.

well there is that thing of the unmodded A2 science ship of teh klingons, the feql'hr or something like that. that ship had a distortion wave that could shutdown the engines for a while. it basically makes the ship a sitting duck.

that should be a less powerfull defence for an outpost
