Small Ships Avoiding Weapons

This might have already been mentioned (or even implemented), but I was wondering whether smaller ships, such as the klingon bird of preys, could have a special ability so they avoid weapon fire e.g. evades 50% of torpedoes.

If there is anything like this already, please could you tell me how it works at the moment!

Hmm, evasive maneuvers. Yeah its possible, i dunno if its in FlOps though.

It'd probably work by.... oh i forget, ive only just got up. I'll get back to you.

Yes, that ability exists in fleet operations, optec can surely tell you more about it
