I don't expect you guys to come up with deadlines or estimates on when you think the next version will come out; no mod team likes to do it and the dates ususally mean nothing.

One thing that I have noticed which seems to work for most other teams is a page with some short table like
models: 60%
maps: 2%
etc
and then mod members can update it whenever they like and maybe mention whatever they're working on at the time.

I appreciate the screenshots you guys put up- most of the mods i've followed in the past have a hard time doing that (tdp for ef in particular). Your mod is just so cool and you get a lot done so you're already better than most teams.. I just can wait til FO3.

Now I don't know what they plan to do or if they arnt gonna give us a release date until a week before they throw the mod out, but I think it's really hard to come up with precentages.

Sometimes that idea's not practical though. Seeing as the ideas keep being thought up constantly, it's almost impossible to figure out percentages, cos there's not a definite things that you know you're gonna do :)

That's not what i'm saying. New ideas are always good. It just means that you don't know how long it's gonna take. But at the end, you will get somethign greater.

yeah i can see how a percentage thing wouldnt work. Maybe just a log or something where you write what thing you worked on today or whenever you get a chance. Its just more fun to follow progress that way.

ewm: Your ideas are not bad, but you could work on your spelling. It hurts when I try to read them. ;)
