The Fleet Ops K'vort, simply put, is just WRONG. A canon K'vort is the size of an Intrepid (Another point, the FO Intrepid is too large, it should have its size swiched with the Akira), but with 3 to 4 times as many crew, and green disrupters, not those pulse-phaser looking things.

i've voted for them to be left alone because noone really knows how big they are. inconsistant scaling has some of them looking about the size of a b'rel to the so called "D'tai" (which i still think is a wrongly scaled k'vort).

and about the disruptor thingys, remember optec saying there would be new effects and stuff for just about everything to fit in with the V3 theme B) .

i said yes, v4 canon: because canon is more important to me, but balance is also important as well, just not as much.

You're probably right, the D'tai is just a bad scaling job, but that doesn't mean we can't take advantage of that mistake and make a new ship out of it. The Klingons need more ships.

i voted no becuss.

fleetops is a fucher mod and in the fucher the K'vort would be geting old. i think the way things are setup now works.

but thats just my opion.

you have a point, but then we would have to demate a bunch of other ships too.

And I still think the K'vort modal is too small.

and the k'vorts use more powerful pulsed disrupters, (and, yes i do mean pulsed) i've seen it on at least 3 episodes of TNG.

can't you look it up at daystrom and compare energy output. because isn't that waht a class system is made?

every class has a certain energy output?

The problem is that Daystrom isn't the most reliable source.

all is balancing and balancing is all.
voted no, obviously.
as i see it, the k'vort is absolete to be used as an effective combat ship in late or middle gameplay, it should be a crude little ship, capable of repeling only the very first (rush) attacks.
Perhaps it is a little too small, but let's be realistic the ship is ancient, they had it since always.

well fleets of kvorts as they are now own against anything i use them as hunting parties vs larger ships

u find a small fleet say 3 or 4 sovys

move in torpedoes then decloak

Bang sovys are dead

If u really wanna change something change the fact the negvar doesnt have a cloak

well nehzvar with cloack would be stupid, i think only small ships should have cloack.
PS: what's up with the sovie special weapon.....?!? That's what really sucks big time.

i actually like the sovie special weapon. use it as bait, wait for a bunch of k'vorts to rush you, when there in range... zap, and they can't shoot back and you call in the cavalry. Works very well.
