Ship Rotation on it's Axis when on Green Movement Alert

i think ships should be able to rotate on it's axis when on green movement alert, because at the moment  most ships in fleet ops have restricted firing arc and when you set them to yellow movement alert they become suicidal and go to their deaths (for example they can fire from long or artillery range but go into close range)

Good idea. Can't even remember if ships do rotate on their axes in fleetops, hmm.

Not very often though. More often they fly in an arc to turn around.
