Shield, Hull hitpoints and Ratio.

Putting the Hull hit points and Shield hit points or ration in the ship information, turns more complete.
An example:
Romulan D'Deridex DEF = 40 (Hull: 50.000 Shield: 30.000)
Federation Sovereign DEF = 46 (Hull: 40.000 Shield: 70.000)
Federation Descent DEF = 74 (Hull: 50.000 Shield: 90.000)
Only defense points, we can't know the ratio between the Shield and Hull, so, putting aditional information (Hull and Shield hit points) finish the problem to know the ratio between Shield and Hull.
It's better, isn't it???

I think you mistyped a bit, seeing as how those numbers don't add up to 100.
I'd also like to point out that the descent is a special case since it's really 44 defense + 30 defense from its multi-layered shield generators passive which means the last 30 points are pure shield hitpoints.
the equation for hitpoints is 19*(defense)^1.2 I believe, which only has 2 ramifications for gameplay that I've noticed.
1. A ship with 40 defense has more than twice as much health as a ship with 20 defense
2. The second tactical plates module you put on a cube has a bigger effect than the first one.

When you put the cursor on the ship, the technical information should show in the defense value, the Hull hit points and Shield hit points too without the need of an equation.

The problem is that the health bar does not show the relation between max hull and max shield points. Altho it is uniform amongst ships for each race, between races the ratio is different. This makes it tricky to go between races and know just how much more damage your ship can take. I think that having the shield and hull bars be of different sizes by the shield to hull ratio could work, but I think Optec was happy with the current display bakk when I suggested something similar a while ago.
