settings for multiple fo installs

ok due to the increasing amount of fo mods coming out would it be possible for each install to have its own settings saved and screenshots saved in their own folders

In addition to this, how about a rudimentary mod manager.

I'm not talking on the scale of DOW1, that would take too much effort, but an FO launcher where you can choose separate installs would also be cool.
