Just wondering if a special facility like the talshiar facility the romulans have will be made for the federation using section 31 agents.
Maybe we could have them sabotage vessels or make it slightly different perhaps destroy resources or make a enemy vessel fire on another.
Is it called the talshiar facility? i don't know im rarely the romulans but im sure you know what im talking about.

Section 31 don't have stations of any kind, and Starfleet would never loan them one.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a station i was just brain storming, but what i want to see is use of section 31.

there will be a starfleet intelligence avatar but no section 31. They dont have entire ships just a few influential people. I also believe that risner has ties to section 31.

Although some in Starfleet Intelligence reported her to have links with the illegal "Section 31", she was still appointed to the position of Admiral shortly after Dominion War. Admiral Risner swore that she would defend and preserve the Federation and her followers for any price – perhaps in part to render honor to the Federation’s friends and officers who had fallen during the war.
There are some links between Section 31 and the Admiral, but nothing that is official or free from doubt. The cause of these rumors was never brought up and there never was an official investigation, but the SFI file on her is clean and shows no connections to Section 31. However it’s still uncertain were those Magnan Phaser plans came from all of a sudden. However, as Section 31 has not shown any activity in the last decade, it’s uncertain if they even exist still. Section 31 plays no major role in the Fleet Operations storyline, and therefore won't be honored with their own avatar any time soon.

In the final version there will be four admirals for each faction, including Special Agent Lewitt, from Star Fleet Intelligence, who has some "uncommon" weapons. Perhaps there will be Janeway or someone from Section 31, but Section 31 is meant to be an NPC faction.

Besides, Section 31 technically doesn't exist; at least as far as records are concerned. So it doesn't make much sense to have them as an active, playable idea. The Tal Shiar on the other hand, are an official internal security group who just happen to run covert ops and other spy type stuff.

Besides, Bureau 13....whoops! I mean "Section 31" (You're so clever, Rick Berman...switching the numbers around like that...
) really wasn't all that interesting, at least not to me. We never hear about them in Trek ever, and then they pop up and are suddenly responsible for every underhanded thing the federation has EVER done....
Now everyone blames Section 31 for their woes, both in canon and non-canon sources. Kirk's plan to steal a romulan cloaking device? Section 31 set that up. Got a super secret phase cloak stuck in a ship that's stuck in an asteroid? Section 31 probably had it built. One of your shoelaces longer than the other? Those [censored] Section 31 guys did it so that they could hatch another evil plot on an unsuspecting galaxy!
Have a really big war with the Dominion we rarely get to see because we're too busy losing a baseball game and feeling good about ourselves? Call up section 31, they'll solve that too.
"Hello? Section 31? Yeah, this is Mr. Berman. Do you have a crappy plot device we can use to end this war? Yeah, that's right. We really didn't have a plan while we were making this thing, the executives just wanted us to be more like Babylon 5...You do? That's great! A virus from over 3 years ago that no one caught?! Our fans are complete morons and will easily accept this laughable excuse for creativity without question! Thanks Section 31!"

Section 31 has agents on every Borg cube and there is even one hiding under my bed waiting to strike
to keep the truth from getting ou....

they managed to exist for 200 years without anyone knowing give them credit i doubt even the obsidian order ever had an agent right at the top of the tal shiar

Yes, and one of Section 31's operatives also went back in time and became his own grand-pa.

Whoa, what a coincidence! There was a Star Trek series set 200 years in the past! How convenient!
Oh, and I got rid of that Section 31 agent hiding under my bed. It seems all you have to do is leak information implying you have something that will thwart their plans, and they'll send their best agent after you. By best agent, I mean the easiest captured, of course.
