Section 31 Admiral

humm maybe section 31 could be one of the adrimals fro beta 3 u get some secert dude who can give u special stuff like i don't know umm Slipstreme or something of the like.

section 31 one won't be one of the admirals, they will perhaps be one of the np races..

I think it would be cool to have a section 31 admiral, but i think if you got something like slipstream drive it should cost you a few credits to use that admiral.

we have only decided 3 of the 4 planed federation admirals yet, so, perhaps there will be an section31 admiral this is the start of the "mystery about the 4th federation admiral"

okay they won't be "admirals" for everyone..
for example the romulans will have different generals and as a klingon you will support different houses, but they work the same

based on which admiral you choose you will get different or new ships to build, gameplay boni like cost reductions and other specials, which modify the original race
