Scouts without cloak upgrade

Hello
cloak scout is a big advantage....
fed or dominion or borg are visible and often hunted down.
I propose "silent mode" for them, can be seen by ship or player but take out the dot from minimap
that way if parked to spy , cant be seen easily on minimap.
this dot on minimap disapearence can be trigered by scout special like stealt or something
we take color of race in game, red orange blue, some colores cant be hide on asteroid or nebula...
Think how many of you seen one dot on minimap flying around base , checked it seen scout and kill it...
It be harder to spot it if it wasnt visble on minimap.

Second idea
special weapon "false warp signature"
ship changes colore on minimap as enemy, stil can be seen as fed, but if fed is spying on purple romulan than on minimap it be purple dot...

Hey Shadow,
They already have something like this planned for 4.0. The non-cloaking scouts are getting something called "Grey Mode" which gives them some stealth ability so they aren't so easily swatted

I'm not entirely convinced that Grey Mode will let Fed / Dominion scouts survive for much longer than they do already, and the much harsher research requirements for cloak detection research in 4.0 (at least for Feds) means that they'll continue to be way behind the curve in the information warfare department in any case.
With the various changes that have been indicated for Feds, they're going to have a much rougher early game in 4.0 than they do at present.

I'm expecting Fed to be at their best mid-game, when they've got the most options and aren't having to rely on (traditionally) under-par end-game ship options.
