Just thought maybe the Romulans should get the Scimitar but to make it fair have it so the player can build only one somthing like what the feds have. Its would also be cool if the ship could fire while clocked but make it hard to find.

I know your new, but Id recomned the search function, I am shure thegre are like 4 other threads just like this one, and if you read the awnser in them you would reaslize that the response is all the same NO, or maybey posibly for some future avatar.

Also remember that fleet ops doesnt want super weapons in the game so the scimitar couldent realy be any more powerfull than the tavara, and who wants that. Dont romulans have a statioon that alowes them to fire while cloaked?

Well, the Scimitar is a sharp looking ship has it is. It could be powerful: slow to build though and a special weapon called Radiation Burst. It cannot fire when cloaked unless of course the special facility that allows that is built and that's for a limited time (90 secs per facility).
Also, it can be detected with the Tachyon Detection Grid. Also, the Radiation Burst would just be a 50 damage every 100 seconds extra. It would look great.

Have this in V3. No officer charge though: think of it has a uprated Warbird.

I like the idea. I must also add something else - REMAN RACE! I know I'm going a little off-topic, but I've heard stuff of the Remans having their own empire, so I think that if we have the Scimitar, we should have the Remans.

I have an even better idea, lets have the tholians too and the ferengi, and nothing would be complete witout the breen and to wrap things up the karemma from the gamma quadrant
U cannot put in a race that has 1 ship known in total and a fairly unimportant empire, acually I always thought that the remans belong under romulans, but I wont say that for certain.


About schimitar, what cts said also I would like to note that if it was to come in like GG said noone would like it, I mean noone wants a rip-off ship

They don't need anything really, but I could always use more tools to rip my enemies apart. Of course not a stupid cloaking station, klingons can keep that.

The romulans are done superbly if u ask me, I think the best of all races only thier sabo ability is to strong

what "new" ships can you make for the borg that won't be kitbashes of existing ones? as for the klingons, i don't think they have ever had as many ship designs on the scale that the feds have, however saw some nice looking designs on the avators page. there was one design on SFC3: the bloodwing i think looks a very menacing Bop hybrid.

well Star Trek is about the federation. of course they won't show all the klingons and Romulan ships out there. Look at the awfull nemisis movie, there you saw ships that where never shown in the series
