Saving and Downloading Maps

Just curious if there were any plans to circumvent the fact that for Vista and Win7 if you have UAC on, you'll have to run FO as an admin if you want to save or download someone's map. 

Perhaps stock maps could be kept in the program files, but all user made maps would be saved in the user's own app data directory to avoid this issue? Just a frustrating 'feature' that would be nice to see banished
