Sabotage

From what I hear sabotage has been changed for V3 so that it is not as un-balencing. What i was thinking was that instead of having the station use sabotage have the station upgrade say the shrike class (i always like it) which then would have to travel to what ever you want to sabotage and then sabotage it which would take time and you have to stay in range of the ship with your cloak engaged or summat.

That would make sabotage a weapon of mass destruction. Just think - sabotage on every shrike, and You got tons of them - It would be even more unbalanced than now.

How about give the sabotage on the tavara, and make it a one time weapon so u would have a limited number of them ;)

How bout we don't complicate the situation and just let the station use more credits and use more energy for sabotage, like their going to do?

and make sher that the bilding of the station uses a good nuber of regler credits to bild the abilaty.


i find sabotage as a super wepind and needs to be castrated. but i do see a fucher in it. lol

I was suggesting some sort of special shrike, not sure how it would work. The best way I can think of is the station builds a pod that fuses with the shrike then make it be able to use sabotage once, it would have 100 special energy with no special energy regen and once you've used sabotage it cant be used again.

but if you do that i dont know if eny one whood bild it just to kille one ship. mabe do that and in sted of sabitosh you cood creats a spatiol distortion that damges ships.

this fused shrike (refit(evolve) would work better) should have an incredibly slow recharge rate and should be uber expensive to build the pod (pay for the refit)

i dont like the whole idea.. i like the design of the shrike aswell, but i dont wanna see this in that form on it.. maybe just like a lower version of it that just a system of a ship is affected, and not like detonating the whole ship. that would be superweapon. thats a stupid idea..

I don't know if this was already mentioned but what about a high expense refited shrike be built at the Intel Centre that is equipped with the weapon that way you could build much and they cost credits.

Yeh that was what it was about, some people like it, some don't so i guess its up to the fleetops team to decide although i doubt they'll change it for V3

As I said before thats too time consuming, makes sense to leave it as it is, besides, the rommies prolly have spies everywhere ready to sabotage ;)
