Recycling Centre Idea

A recent idea thread about giving the centre a holding beam after unicomplex is researched has given me an idea.

right now the recycle centre doesnt actually recycle much. my suggestion is that it be given the ability to decomission ships for resources, similar to how it was in vanilla a2. maybe 100% of spent is a bad idea, im sure the amount of res you get back could be balanced.

sometimes i assimilate a useless vessel like a mandril and i cant use it, why would the borg keep such a vessel laying around, they would pull it apart for resources.

this brings me to my next point, currently only optimise can build the centre, and optimise is geared up for killing the enemy, not assimilating them. so i suggest giving the assimilate avatar the recycling centre. but changing its purpose between avatars.

so the opti avatar can still build the current centre, but cant decom ships at it. and assimilate can build the centre but can ONLY decom ships at it, and cant use it to gain res like opti can.

or maybe opti can do both but assim can only do the decom.

I like your idea, on the recycling center.

I just had a tought...

Why not renaming it to transmutation complex, where to be recycled ships go and from the resources a ship will be contructed automatically if required resources available via recycling?
Another possibity where the strange not borg looking adaptor can be built.
