i mean that if u assimilate a ship with shields online, those shields drop to 0% and start regenerating like normal.

i dont challenge that, thats generating resources, not recycling. recycling is taking something and making a new something out of it. ie taking a mandril and turning it into res to build a cube etc.

actually you are recycling supplies to get resources... thats why it is called recycling center and not resources generator or something...

and you need quite a few incubation centers if you want to recycle dilithium and tritanium at same time and not lose supply  :D

6 (maximised obviously) incubators is more than enough :D

after a number of incubators you should be randomly giving your allies some supply that u have left over but cant use. its very hard to perfectly balance borg res as they have 4 different things they need.

same applies to a lesser degree with dom. i find if i manage to get all 4 ketracel synths around my exp tri moon that i am rolling in supply and can randomly donate it. thats why klinks can use an ally lol.

It ends up being 2 upgraded incubators per resource, so if you're running both, you'll need 4.  Plus a few more to actually build ships.  6 upgraded ends up being about right. :D
