This i'm fairly sure has been asked but still might be interesting.

How bout the less crew is on a shipyard, starbase, or starship, the slower build times, repair times, and weapon reload times there are.

Simple and sweet, I think repair times are already on like that, not too sure bout it tho so I included.

First I must say that I simply can't vote for anything stating that you are awsome that is just blasphamy. (j/k) or whatever these internet linguist use moving on I am Pretty sure that the internal functions of a Shipyard are already affected. but as for the abilities of the shipyard I don't think those could be affected, even if they were it actually makes more sence that in a fight that when you have a shipyard with little or no crew (why they have 500 is beyond me) would have more motivation thus make things (although Kitabashed) at a faster rate

Firstly i'm just screwing around with the vote and if you can't see that well i'm sorry.

Secondly when you have the maximum crew on something it works at the normal rate. Shipyards need like 100 or so pilots for workerbees and such, so any drop in crew would definately slow down progress on a ship.

Well no, the shipyard won't slow progress with 500 people or 5 people.

as far as i know it's not possible to influence such things by crew status, also we will have new crew status indicators and effects in v3 but they will only affect the repair time of units and their fire rate
