Rank Insignia and Health Bars

I've often tried making screenshots of Fleet Ops gameplay, but once you've been in a game for a while you find health and shield bars remain above ships along with veteren bars without them being selected.

I was wondering, could it be made possible to toggle this feature off and only display the bars when the ships are selected? It would make screenshots particularly more easy and enhance realism of play.

Ctrl+Alt+P takes screenshots without the Interface, I think that includes ranks (haven't done it for a while).
