Rank bars showing for teammates

Pretty self explanatory, would like to be able to see the rank bars on vessels of my teammates and allies when selecting them or mouse over.

I've been able to see them(just by looking at them) for allies and enemies since well, for as long as I can remember(middle of last year).

ive never seen them for enemies. i dont think that would be appropriate to see enemy experience lol.

you should be able to see them on all allied vessels already. they won't show on enemy vessels

I can see the two gold bars on a fresh built ai enemy Tavara just by starring at it.

And speaking of which why are the last ships being built with two gold bars already? The Tavara, Phalanx and S7 should have no bars when built like the rest.

If you are an observer you can see the bars, but not if you are an enemy

Those ships are the ultimate enemy - guess it makes them even more fearsome

If you know what they're like by default, you can still get a rough guess by their upgrades.
