Random settings

I'd like to see some options on random race selection so you could choose to be random, not x race. So an option like "Random, not Borg". Its good for when you want some suprise as to race selection, but want to constrain the possibilites.

that would be awesome for the AI selection as well.

Agreed, especially if possible for the AI (AI borg is harsh if you're not a rusher). Don't know how feasible it is, but it would be nice.
