Random Build Lists

Just an idea I had that might be handy for things like mercenaries in FO. Random build lists: Essentially make it so that only one ship in a station's build list is buildable at a time, and when you build a ship it cycles to a random ship on the list. I'll use the Cardassians for example. Say there's a mercenary Cardassian Station that has the build options of a Galor, Keldon, and Heideki. Initially you can only build and see the Galor, but as soon as it's done the build option cycles to either the Keldon or Heideki randomly, hiding the Galor's build option. I heard rumors that this method was currently being used for supplies in FO, though after looking through the odfs and being told otherwise I don't think so much the same.

yep sounds like a good idea and we will use something similar for neutral stations

cool well i uess this could be done with current fo but it mayb tricky
