Race-specific loading screens

Any chance of race-specific loading screens? The Starbase 34 Compilation mod managed random ones, so FO could at least handle that much.

Federation: LCARS loading screen
Borg: Directory of unassimilated races
Klingon: BoP design schematics
Romulan: Intel report on an enemy ship
Dominion: Ketracel White formula
Universal: Current FO screen

the current loading screen is somewhat outdated anyway. we have several ideas for it already, plus it is a high priority task.

Very cool would be to include descriptions of ships or strategies
