Quick Question....

Will you folks be adding WMDs? Like Klingon Shockwave, Romulan Pheonix or Federation Temperal thingy? Or will you create your own WMDs? Or leave them out? They could run on credits. All your credits for a one time use weapon? Make sense? Just asking.

hm i don't now what wmd means but i think you mean superweapons well there are no plans to add them as buildable standardunits yet

well tehnically each rase has a superweapon!
klingons have the statiion that makes all ships fight better
romulans have intelligence center
the borg have the transwarp
the federation has the starfleet command(or spacedock-it could be considered as a superweapon)

Yep, I agree with hypercube.

I think that everything that costs credits is actualy some kind of super weapon like Tavara.

well.. the tavara isnt that good anyway... that ship is too weak and dont got the firepower that would take to the point that i say "ok i build them"....oO( and i dont like the design of the shipmodel, anyway, i want the reman ship in here instead of the tavara )

We don't need any WMDs because they really do throw the game out of balance, i'm happy having a show based game where the most powerful weapon is a ship or a special comming from a ship or something shown in the shows.

@ KLOK I'd perfer the Scimitar also but Tavara can hold it's own. In a small group Tavara can take over attackers 3-4 attackers before taking any fire itself.

you won't get remans ships in a romulan fleet so stay with the tavara, it is damn good What do you don't like about the design?

For the last time the Scimitar was made with Romulan parts so it wouldn't be that hard to duplicate, and was made by what we think was reman workers in an unknown location. I just think the Romulans would have seen how it pwned their ships and started making a few of their own, especially seeing how their own norexans and a sovern class couldn't take one on. I got nothing against the Tavara cept the Scimitar looks cooler.

You know better then that, obviously they would let on to starfleet that they had spies and practically who they were if they started making Defiant classes. Who would want a Defiant when you can build the biggest bad boy of them all

Ok so....
WMDs or superweapons aren't buildable yet. Ok toss out super weapons, anything sweet and cool weapon wise we can look foward to? I love the Tavara, the Scimitar is kool, but the Romulans always find a way to have sweet looking ships.

well... it looks like green boumerang or sumthing... not like ship.. i would say its one of the ugliest ships in the game, next to the caneveral and the JintaQ or how tha f' it is spelled correct ...
