Preview Video??

I'm not sure if this should be in this thread or not. But I was wondering if there could be a preview video released or something? I've seen many mods drop out a vid for preview of the MOD. Are there plans for a vid before the release of V3?

Perhaps someone with access to Flops full v3 could do it.... *cough* release what's done of v3 to someone willing to spend the time to make a video. It definitely would be cool !

I'm hoping the FO team can whip something up pretty short and simple showcasing of some of the new ships and gameplay.

If I knew how to capture ingame-footage I'd absolutely want to do it! The necessary stuff to create a nice / cool / sexy / awesome / spectacular / frakking great video would be here and I'd.... uhm.. yeah.
So, I'd not only like to see it then, I'd already like to make it 
Now that is perverted, isn't it?

i could capture in game video but i would want to make it look realy good i would use the models in MAX and make a vid that way.

Okay, that's something different than requested but it sounds great, too.
As we already have this thread here I think it might only be a matter of time until the first fan-vid appears.
Again I think of a gigantic promo-campaign for FO when V3 is released - and maybe right before.

lol i just went back and read the topic starter. oops.
I was a bit off, i was thinking intro video.
i think the Pre Release was like the video, though i guess seeing some of the new features in vid would be nice, and great promotional material.  ooo maybe a demo version as well, just limit the tec level.

I think FO has deserved it's very own opening credits!

Err, now you're way off topic. I want a preview vid not a new intro. I guess the preview vid could cover as an intro video. Kill 2 birds with one stone type of thing.

Can you also post a video on youtube...
It will be great marketing because it can get more people to see the capabilities of the mod.
That way, there will be more people online who will be willing to play the game.

Only if we link to it or something.

I doubt many people will just randomly stumble upon it, and I doubt those who happen to will have A2 or get the sudden desire to purchase it.
