Phasers

Is there any way to modify the sprite on a phaser so that it sweeps the target like a buildup espessially in fed ships where this is a prodominate feature. Like get it the energy points to come together on the ship then have the phaser sweep the enemy ship instead of just firing at one point like a phaser cannon

i thought of that, too.. but till now i haven't found a way to do that

Ohhhhhhhhhhh I know what you mean by that.... Ive wondered that too, it works in Bridge Commander well, I dont think you can actually like, shift a ships hardpoint though..

i know, that would be nice, thats one big thing that makes armada battles less spectacular
