That is the Borg Demon Tooth.
Just change the texture to a cubes and you have a okay Borg design.

look sl ike teh heart of a borg comm thingy , you know in voyager where a species rigged it and 7 of 9 went mad due to all the people she assimulated

Lol, it's the borg diamond, not a real Borg ship but i'd use it since they kinda lack designs. It's certainly not a station.
