I was watching "Best of Both Worlds" the other day, and I just came up with the thought today that the Anti-Matter Spread which they used to distract the Borg so they could rescue Picard would make a great weapon in FleetOps.
Here's what it would do:
-Heavily reduce the chance to be hit by ANY weapon for 20 seconds

Because the Borg were firing the tractor beam at random looking for the shuttle in the episode, I thought I might be a good idea to bring back the script from stock A2 where sometimes phasers would miss a target, even if they're not in a nebula.

What do you guys think?  B)

The Anti-matter spread was brought up before, I think. Not sure how it ended up...

I doubt inaccurate Phasers will be brought back... that was one thing from canon people didn't seem to like.

Inaccurate phasers do occur on occasion. Just check out the Remores ability for instance ;)
...also of course, certain nebulae :)

I think he mean inaccurate in the same sense as the Torpedoes.

Yeah, that is what I mean

As opposed to? When the Remores ability is activated, you see phasers fly all over the place for a millisecond or so each time (which looks rather silly in my own opinion). Did I misunderstand or...?

As in not 100% accurate as the default (hitchance = 1). Like it was in stock.

Yeah, cause when I played stock A2, I remember that when I had a number of ships bearing down on one target, say a few Sovvies and Galaxies against a Borg Cube, every few seconds I would see a phaser streak by the target
