looks like a fedyfied DS9
quite plain current outpost & spacedock are better. not to mention cannon

I think the design is okay, but I don't know how it could fit in FO very well.

A Star Trek: Armada 1 mod will be having that station in it. But otherwise its an awesome design but if other starbase features could be added to it it would be even more awesome.
