New Ships

What would be cool is to have the battleships of old buildable. Like the b11 for romulan,b10 klingon,kilo for feds, and some others can be made to make it fair. also other classes like constitution class

With more modern and exponentially better designs available, no sane military commander would build those...

We need the scimitar! and replace the exelcior - II with the origional. with the option to upgrade to exelsior refit!

a scimitar is not needed, but yes the original excelsior is very welcome.

The old Excelsior is much easier on the eyes and is still used by Starfleet.

because although there are thousands or hundreds of excelsiors in service still, Starfleet sure as hell isn't building any more, that is why they are being phased out with designs like the promi and intrepid classes as starfleets new ship of line standard, the sovi as the galaxy replacement, the defiant and saber and akira along with the steamrunner to build a backbone for the federation defense forces. The nova as the new orbeth, and the nebula slowly being worded over in favor of backbone ships and ships like the norway (although that fase out might be longer because of the relative age of the nebula)

After the losses sustained by Mirandas and Excelsiors during the last few conflicts, I have no doubt they are being shifte into the core for scientific work and just in reserve and mothball fleets, refitted excelsiors are still up there as ships of the line, I think the Galaxy and Nebula would be very slow to phase out due to their high cost, crew compliment, moddability, size and still formidable firepower.

Would it be possible to add the Aegian Class back in, but looking more like this (See Attached Image). If not in-game, could it at least be in Map Editor? I like the design, its weird.

There is a plan for adding more of the "oldies" in FO, but i think it will be implemented in v4, not earlier

Miranda
Excelsior
Constitution
Ambassador

Ect.
