New Menu

A new menu might be nice. I'm not saying the current one is bad. But an Animated menu could be nice! And I mean animated like the menu for Star Trek Legacy! Animated video-like background, and if we add a more interesting Button animation like in Dominion Wars where the selected button does a 'Warp-out' animation. And maybe the animated menu can carry into the Instant Action menu. Who here is in favor of a High-end Animated menu?

I can't see why Cosmetic changes would be high on the todo list.  In fact the current menu is the most non- stock one out there.
