New Map-only stations (not buildable by races)

Cool. I cant really find a decent model that doesnt need permissions so perhaps someone couldpoint me in the direction of one?

Also we could have a chin'tocha map....C.O.W.Ps guarding a plenatoid and the goal is too capture a flag from the planetoid and return it back to your base. Hmm is that type of scenario even posible with fleetops though?
