New Feature

I think that it would be great if wach species had 1 more facility, that could recall old ships if in trouble, ships, that deemed spaceworthy but exited service, like constitusion class, they would cost credits and arrive extremely quickly, to support the fleet ass seen in DS9

optec already said in another thread that there will be a npc shipard somehwre that can do that
