Neutral Races, Who'd You Reckon?

I have seen that there are going to be neutral races, i'd like to see the orions, as they kinda just disappeared from the shows (with the excention on a single enterprise episode, even then, not of any real significance), and i might not have seen the episode they do disapear, but at the moment it looks like they went because they were simply forgotten. Anyone else got some good ideas for a race that the fleet operations team might be workin on?

That would take another 10 years till that version with orions would come out.

i meant it as i'd like to see it as a neutral race, the rest is me rambling that id like to have then playable anyways, so dont put to much attention into the first post and stick to the topic, the neutral ships, repeat NEUTRAL, what would be a race good for them? and what race do think they should be, just because you'd like to see them?

I want the turtalions. They were seen briefly in the background in one episode of TOS. They look like a cross between a klingon and a guy in a giant turtle suit.

i am trying to imagine a klingon in a turtle suit, those guys aren't scary, they just kill the enemy by laughing to death

but all i know that in V5 there will be mercs that can be hired, they can be neutral
