Neg'var Cloaking and upgrades

so we seen in few episodes (TNG all good things) and (Way of the warrior) the Neg'var had cloaking...
yes yes, the Romulans are the cloakers but there are 5 teams and soon become more in the future, there is proof Neg'var's have cloaking and i dont think it would hurt to just give the Neg'var's a fighting chance Vs the romulans with a cloaking and maybe a few more upgrades to match everyone else

so far the Neg'var has there iron cannon (not that powerful till vet) and 1 Phaser..i looked at all the other team's flagships and klingons have the weakess flag ship.

P.S the Neg'var also has the weakess Stats on it to

Try using it as artillery against stations an BBs. That should show you its worth.

But, close-combat wise, it definitely needs an upgrade. Give it a more powerful beam, and I'll be happy.

megaman thats what i was kind of talking about,, and maybe give it cloaking
