Missing ship(s)

Did anyone else notice? The Klingon, Romulan, and Dominion Races can build the ships in the mixed tech menu but the Feds cannot! :o Did the Devs take it out? I liked the Miranda II!!!!!!  >:( I want it back! I want to be able to build the Miranda II Class!

i just played a game and built about 15 miranda 2s.

I was in the middle of the game building them a Minuit ago.  I think I'm with Dom, I don't understand.
