Missing A Holdingbeam On Fc

like i would say assimilation is the main directive (called "perfection" but its the same )

so why dont any cube got a holding _and_ assimilation beam.. i think both should be on a cube, as it was supposed to be. specially the big cubes need that, and beside this one, more crew, special energy, and more teleported at once.

if i should explain it, i would say, the borg are now more on rushin or runnin over an enemy and destroying them then on assimilation.. and i´d like to have the option on both.

ur opinion on this one?

I think that was for balancing issues. With both a cube seemed too powerful, Though I do think that the fusion cube and command cube should get improved beams.

umm, 1rst. now through this way of balancing, borg are unbalanced at all. u know that u need more time more resources and everything to get a foot in. so that everyone here knows it, and talking bout it.(see all the threads and polls for example)
so why takin their _main skill_? that leads to second. why shouldn´t they get one? borg are assimilatin everything they can, so that would be main technics and tactics.

They are pretty balanced (with their unique way of playing, however the AI doesn't take advantage of this) though most people agree they have a slow start. Which is why they will be rebalanced for B3

If they were alot more powerful like they should be, it would be worth the slower starting.

I miss the holding beam on the tadtical cube.
Maybe for the Assimilation Avatar could have a holding on it's tactical cube?

The thing is that The Borg will have major update in all aspects of gameplay then seen in Beta2. This developing of new Borg will start nearly right after V3 comes out.
