Miss chance nebulas...

(yeah yeah yeah ... I should put these in one thread ... or basket... or ... something. It's late. I should be in bed. Like now. Like NOW now.)


Have a nebula (or nebula property) that affects the miss chance for beams, pulse, and/or torpedoes (aka 3 different properties).

(and... and... have a nebula with random changing effects!)

Interesting ideas Yandon  . I think these all should get bundled with the "we want a terrain redo" that Zebh proposed some months back. In other words, more varied effects, with more gameplay effecting features.

I don't know... that's probably about the most 'Klingon' smilie you could make...
