Mercenary For Hier.

you cood posabuly give this to all races besides the borg.

under the mercenary butin you whood have:

heir cheep mercenary
heir a good mercenary
heir hevaly armed mercenary
heir a random mersanary.

mercenary do cost alot and are use for sertin tacks. like one mercenary mite be grate at taking out defines. nuther mire be grate at defins and finaly one cood be good taking out alot of both.

and random whood be any random ship caled it whood be cheep.

we have already plans for merc in fleetops, you can hire them on neutral buildings
