this wepond is like a bangalore. for those how dont know what a bangalore is. a bangalore is a manually controlled blast vea a small exsloive that is a stong exspotion over a small area.

my idea is to make a vertion for Fleetops.

the whay it whood work:
it must be bilt with a constrution ship. the expolive devise will be clocked after constrtion automtically.

it must be manulally detonated it will not automtically detinat.

it will do 55-75 damge over a small area. can be detected by a scawnt.

this wepond is not a superwepond. and will be come avlibal as one of the final upgrades of what ever race its givin two.

MCB = Manually Controlled Blast.

MCB will have low helth like the helth of a scout and if destroyed will detonat damging neer by frindly or enamy ships/stations and detainating uther MCB that mite be in the blast zone of the MCB that is detonated.

minds are bilt and layed. this is bilt whare it will sit till detination it acts like a statin ship sorta.

its bilt like a station but acts like a ship that will not move.

its is not a mine. it is a exspolive thare are meny kinds of exspolives and most are not mines. this is not a mine.

It is technically a mine ewm, but a command-detonated mine (like a claymore). Or like the trash barrel bombs the GLA has in C&C Generals. In fact this idea seems exactly like that. Cloaked command detonated mines that trigger each other if they're in proximity. Interesting idea, which race would use it I wonder?

So far EVERYTHING you have said has shown it's a mine. Mines can either be proximity or blown up with a detonator. Let's see, a non moving ship that has an explosive on it, sounds like a mine.

i dont think you will thay will show up on the mini map and will show up as a clocked object.


i thot about this idea very carfuly and i think it cood work and it whood be usefull but not to strong. in the maner that this idea is it will not thowe the ballints of pawer off ether.

I would enjoy it just because it puts more emphasis on cloak detection units, which are universally weak and vulnerable to destroyer assault ... makes for some interesting strategies of surgical attack and area denial ... I love it
