Map unit request

I would wish me that people can select within map options ingame if they want map units on or off.
We had this option in Armada 1 and I really miss it. It would be also very interesting for mp matches.

I'm sure many of you remember the good old WON days in Armada 1 and the great Fleet War map series which were very popular at that time.

Regaining the ability to do something like that would be very usefull.

And additional I wish me Blackholes back. Armada1 had them Armada2 stock had them why aren't they in FO? Removing core elements and at the same time trying to get the original feeling of A1 back is illogical. I'm sure Spock and Tuvok would be very angry with you devs that means if they actually had emotions. ^^ Consider that.

There is a small mod that adds two different blackholes into FO aswell as some maps that use them. All availible here.

I'm sure that such an  option (map units) will be added back in once NPCs are returned to Fleet Ops, but I'm not sure if there are any plans to do that before

That function would already be useful, as at least 1 map (The Da'ka Corridor) has NPCs on it.
