Nice, so it has a mixed-tech refit? And it seems you have the Sensor section of the Ship Image done.

I dnt know how its gonna work i was thinking of a warpin ship.

the ship is k_merses mesh i just altered the texture to fit the FO3 look and added the nacelle glows

Not necessarily unless you are going to make moony for it or if it can be seen that you are taking credit for it. just make Sherrie you give cadet to those how made it and you will be fine.

Though everything should be fine it's not just a question of politeness to ask the author for his permission.

well some good news and some bad news
good news is i have permission to release the luna for fo3
bad news due to a serious smegg up on l;aptop i had to do a emergancy remaster loosing the ship so i will redo it for my FO3 mod

It should most definitely make an awesome Heavy Cruiser, but with a great special weapon, like Phalanx has.

I think it is ...a great deal smaller and less powerful than the Phalanx haha.
