there is a sod_size modifier that can be put into the odf, but I forget the exact string, like 1.5 would represent 1.5 times the size of the SOD.

I think its:

ScaleSOD = 2.0


(that would make it twice as big as the normal SOD size)

yeh ive changed some ships - like ktinga, vorcha, neghvar, excelsior II made difiant* alittle smaller

I dont think that this is one of the great problems, but a little scaling would be fine.
Just a little bit, because the Ktinga is a very thin ship.
