klingon supply kill system

i just wanted to know when the klingon-supply-kill system(ie klingon ship kills another ship and levels up that player gets some supply) is gona be fixed? because in my view when klingons make a kill they should get supply regardless of leveling.
i think that it should be like this: When klingons kill a ship they should supply equal to 5%(maybe 5% is to much, perhaps 2% is more reasonable) of that ships hull points... (this supply on level up thing is horrible)

I think you may be on the right track. Perhaps something small for warships, and something more significant for constructors/freighters/stations. After all, while the Klingons are warriors, they also love raiding, and firmly believe in the spoils of war. More 'loot' in a freighter or constructor.

yeah supply can be a proble, specialy when if you have to buy it, you need 1500

Notably, in smaller games, the Klingon supply problem rarely shows itself. But on large maps, with lots of enemies, it swiftly becomes a matter of attrition unless you can somehow secure and hold a very large number of moons, spread over a huge area. And hold them against multiple opponents who each want them.
