Klingon Late-Game

I've noticed the klingons late-game strategy is a little meh, for several reasons. One of which is the fact they have little to nothing to effectively spend their credits on. From what I have seen, there is one station that costs the klingons credits, of which it's usefulness is rather debatable.
Every other race has mobile units that use credits, except the klingons, which I find rather disappointing.
I'd like to request a new unit for the klingons to help balance this, namely, the D'Tai class.

The D'Tai is one of my favorite "oops.. but it's canon" from the show. It's a K'vort style Bird of Prey, that's as large as a Galaxy or D'Derix class. Sadly, they never were shown in direct combat, but the romulans seemed pretty unwilling to go up against three of them plus the Enterprise in the episode where they were shown.
I think these would make an excellent credit costing ship. It should be rather slow, but powerful against battleships and large buildings.
