Ionized hull on klingon probes

I'm not sure if this is the correct section, feel free to move if it is in the wrong location.

I was under the impression that in the new version the Klingon Bortas attack probes would get the ionized hull passive to increase synergy with the other Bortas special.

Is this still on route or has it been canceled/replaced by another idea.

yep, did not make it into 3.2.0, but is on todo for one of the next patches

Great, i was afraid it had gone the way of the dinosaur.

O wait.. crap for Voyager and their encounter of the dino kind.
