For a new special to the entrepid maybe you think it would be cool to make it have abative armor

I think an Ablative generator (different from Ablative armor) is planned for a later version. Borg Mixed-tech version.

Yeah, i think there is gonna be a small scale ablative armor for the intrepid as mixed tech.

the ava picture is kinda dead give-away
. it cant be that powerful as it was on voyager and that was because the series was coming to an end and needed a quick fix to get back home, something so overpowered.. maybe just a standard ablative armour like the sovvie has.

They said it would be getting a balanced ablative generator, rather than ablative armor.
I doubt the team would give the Intrepid an ability that disables phasers and shields, so it would be altered even if it wasn't unbalanced.

Also, any news on my MVAM Cloaking Prometheus with High yield tricobalt torpedoes and disrupter mark XIV pulse cannons?

Transpacific torps sure would help, seeing as how space is an ocean

I think the Borg have adapted to them by the time of Fleet Ops, all a transphasic torpedo would do is make a pretty explosion that the Cube is shielded against by special tech that almost completely nullifies it

Hold on, Ablative armor is just part of the hull; an Ablative generator was what Voyager got in Endgame (the difference is that Ablative armor is always on, but Ablative generators activate and then turn a normal hull into super-ablative armor.) So which one is the Dev team making? I sure would prefer Ablative generator ability over a passive.
An ability that drastically increases hull, but removes phasers and shields would be an interesting ability (and quite useful against larger ships and direct-hull weapons.) As long as it wouldn't be exploitable by people using it while running away to repair.

maybe it could b similar too the Ambassador classes special ability
i would like that myself coz the intrepid is the main ship i build
but dont make it to op like in endgame that would b no fun lol
need to give borg a chance

The Generator is what we should be getting, since that's the oner Endgame Voyager had. Not exactly sure if the devs plan to disable phasers on their version, though the shields should be disabled.
