look its a fact the klogons took alot hever losses than the romulands.

the cadeson romulan ships that wher sint in i do remiber Rhaz but thay wher only one wave of ships. the klingons and feds sint wave after wave.

The Romulans got heavy casulties during the dominion war - from what they send there. Unlike the Federation and the Klingons which engaged nearly their complete Fleet into battle.
You must also devide the romulan fleets into 2 sectors. There is the Tal'Shiar (which organized the assault on the founders "homeworld") and the Galea (where for example Sela belongs to..)
The Romulans did only send arround 10 or 20 percent of their complete Fleet to the Dominion border.. and they couldn't have send more. Romulan ships do still have a large problem with reaching warp9 and they are far far away from bajor :) except the Norexan of course. Maybe there were Norexan in battle during the Dominion war. We didn't see them. (well we didn't see the USS Sovereign there too ^_^ )

well the Norexan Class is still new in trek word thay may not have very meny.

i do remiber some thing about border out post of the romulands being distroyed after or befor thay declared war.

They went to war because of Sisqo and they destroyed border outposts of the dominion when they entered the war.

The dominion also raided the romulan border.
