Incubation centres should get station holding beam?

Deactivate the containment field in the warp core.  That'll ensure that the Borg doesn't get that ship.  If this is put out in the next patch, the Borg will finally have a good turret.  And maybe for assimilate, instead of artillery range, allow it to hold two ships at once.

I'm always disappointed that my IC's don't have that beam already. Due to the size and time costs of dode defenders and the size of buildings you usually have low defense possibilities as Borg. So if I'm forced to take a defensive strategy holding beam for stations is my first thing to go(and most effective at the same time). Those beams transfer crew very slow, so I wouldn't consider it OP, even if you got 5 of them.
I'm not sure about the other assimilation effect, though. I think only one at a time would be good, either holding beam or auto assim field. Regarding the things(and ressources) you would need to get ICs with holding beam I don't think it would damage the balance. Just invent useful turrets for Romulans and everyone will be happy then ;).
