Hotkeyes

Can hotkeys be done like in A2 with first ability on every ship at F1 and the following at F2,F3... Only cloak could be done at 'c'. In my layman's mind it's simple to do, but hey I could be wrong entirely since I have no programming experience.

the problem i see in "the first" as thats not that way in armada2 too. the buttons order is not fixed
