Hi I have a simple request..

The communtiy right now is splitted. I would very much like to see that you release a small hotfix for the "small trigger" file. It appears that 50% of the people playing online aren't reading in the forums here and so they don't use the inofficial fix.

However if you release this patch as small fix and spread the word here in an official news and and on moddb and your other pages the community would be finally reuinted. It's just pitty to spot so often games available but you can't join because you don't have the fix or you have it but others don't. There are also several people who don't want to mess with downloading inofficial stuff even if it's a value fix. So making it official should solve that. Now some people could say don't mess around with inofficial stuff. But if it's fixing crashes on some specific maps I'd rather say it's better having it than having it not.

Consider it... It would also give you an opertunity to include other little bug fixes along the way. While later on you can release your large rebalance fixes - new avatars and other things you're currently working on in a real pach.

I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling that way. Just call it 3.1.5.1.exe or something like that.

Greetings 23-down

3.1.6 is already heavily underway and I don't think it'd really be possible (or feasible) for the devs to re-release

Just remember to keep an extra version of the old blocking trigger ODF available when you run up against such a situation - or just keep trying to spread the fix :)

Well how close is 1.3.6 in that case? Are we talking about days, weeks, months?

If it's still months away I would really consider this little hotfix idea that's of course up to you guys.

Keeping the original file is of course also a solution but not a real one. it's also making the risk larger to get crashes again. There are always some people who have the fix and who haven't. The community remains splitted into two camps.

File trade can be also annoying I presume. Doesn't feel very comfortable. And Like I said not everyone wants to mess with inofficial files not everyone wants to go back to a more likely to crash version.

Well it's a difficult subject I guess. There are pro and contras for both situations.

I heard next patch was suppose to come out in late February, but since I'm the ambassador of Cthulhu, I could just be saying that to make you go insane.
